Purpose

GEBI-cid is an optimal mixture of organic acids in the form of granules that slowly release organic acids. Organic acids lower the pH of food and the content in the stomach and intestines, thereby effectively hindering the development of pathogenic bacteria. The lowered pH value of the stomach and intestinal contents stimulates the growth of lactic acid bacteria that prevent the growth and reproduction of bacteria that cause diarrhea and digestive disturbances. The effect is most pronounced in young animals, and is reflected in the reduced occurrence of digestive disorders and diarrhea, especially in piglets immediately after weaning. GEBI-cid improves the taste and digestion of food, and to a certain extent increases the appetite. It mixes easily in the mixture.
